Had a great experience with Esperanza a few days ago, she helped me do my whole face in terms of finding my shade match, finding a lip combo, explained to me the science behind undertones and such. Her makeup and skin was stunning too!! In essence, she was really helpful and didn’t show any signs of annoyance even with the flurry of questions I was asking, so patient and kind.. a real credit to your team in my opinion !

I had the best experience with Renata at Kiko! I was in need of a few essentials for my makeup routine, and she helped me find exactly what I needed. After one of my lip combo colors had been discontinued, she was able to match it up and find me almost an exact match! Renata made the whole process really easy – no pressure, just solid advice. She also recommended a few products I hadn’t heard of before, and I’m really happy with the results; I've been loving my purchases ever since. I’ve been to this store a few times but never really had much help. After a few of my friends recommended Renata, I was honestly nothing but pleased—her approach was refreshing. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn’t overwhelm you with too many options. I definitely recommend asking for her if you're looking for something specific or just want a little guidance!

Was served by lovely beauty advisor Renata! She gave so many tips, recommended me the products that I needed for my regime. This was really nice as before I have had experienced bad customer service in the same store from different beauty advisor, and only came in today because of my friend, and it was a lovely surprise to be approached with a smile from Renata and immediate helpful vibe! She recommended me the trending lip combos, and so on. She is honestly the hidden gem to this store and everyone should be more like her! Happy I didnt encounter lady from a month ago! If I could, I would give a raise to Renata!

Fantastic customer service, knowledgable friendly staff. Good range of products. Easy shop to navigate and not overwhelming. Affordable prices. Sayyiah (I think that’s her name) was patient and helpful with me and other customers. She helped me find the right foundation, concealer and powder. They have a super Black Friday deal on - buy three, get three more free.
