Fiyatlar Türkiye’ye göre uygundu. Ürün çeşidi çok fazla. Aradığım tüm ürünleri bulmam için çalışanlar yardımcı oldu. Hepsi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Ama kasadaki yaka kartından okuduğum kadarıyla adı Roberta olan hanımefendi oranın en asık suratlı elemanı olabilir. Son derece asık suratlı ve ters cevaplar vererek ödemeyi aldı.

Trovo assurdo fare una coda di 30 min in cassa in quanto attorno a me vedevo ragazze addette alle vendite chiacchierare tra di loro (compreso le ragazze alla cassa) senza dare priorità a smaltire le lunghe 3 file create.

Visited this store two times while I was in Milano. Bought a bunch of gifts that I got engraved for my family and friends. Federica was so kind and patient with me and all my engravings. She did such a beautiful job and double checked with me that everything was correct and to my liking. I had like 20 pieces that needed engraving and half of them with gold lettering. She really was such a gem and made the whole experience wonderful!

Martina was the kindest ever! When she noticed I spoke Spanish, she tried her best to speak it too 🥹 she helped us find everything I wanted and even showed me some other amazing products. 10/10!!
