Today I went to the Kiko Milano store. I am a makeup noob. I don't know any shit about it, and I'm always super nervous when I go to makeup stores, because I just look at the products and then come back. I randomly went into Kiko Milano, and the girl there, Eva, asked me, "What do you need? Some help?" I usually get really terrified, but then I just went all blank and said, "Yeah, I'm just looking for a concealer," and told her right away that I know shit about makeup. She was super, super patient. She spent like 10 minutes trying to figure out my concealer color. She put it on me, and everything was perfect. Then I felt really comfortable with her, and she also helped me pick up a blush, a bronzer, all the brushes for it, and all of that, which took another 20 minutes or so. Overall, she spent more than 30 minutes on me. She's so wonderful. The whole store is really nice, all the products are, and it's not super expensive either. It's very affordable. I would totally recommend anyone who wants to get their makeup done to check out the store. Everything was perfect, super nice people, and there were also some promotions going on. Wir waren vor einigen Tagen in der KIKO-Filiale in der Rosenthaler Straße und wurden dort unglaublich herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Zuvor hatten wir leider eine eher enttäuschende Erfahrung in der Filiale am Kurfürstendamm gemacht. Umso positiver waren wir von unserem Besuch in der Rosenthaler Straße überrascht! Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren nicht nur ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich, sondern auch sehr kompetent, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, uns ausführlich beraten, wichtige Informationen gegeben und sind auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. So macht Einkaufen wirklich Spaß! Wir haben dort sehr gerne eingekauft und für uns steht fest: Diese KIKO-Filiale wird ab sofort unsere erste Anlaufstelle in Berlin sein. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die wunderbaren Mitarbeiterinnen für diese tolle Erfahrung und den herzlichen Umgang mit uns! ❤️ Vielleicht erinnert ihr euch noch an uns – wir waren die zwei Mädels mit dem Kinderwagen. 😊 Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Store is very nice and employees Nikola and Chris were very helpful. If you want to visit a kiko store in Berlin, I suggest this one. I’ve done the engravement on lipgloss here, they even offered backside symbols. And have a coffee machine!!

I would like to give a very special thank you to Diana and Nikola at KIKO Milano, Rosenthaler Strasse, Berlin. From the moment I entered the store, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. What really stood out to me was that their kindness and excellent customer service felt completely genuine. They took the time to help me, made me feel comfortable, and created such a positive shopping experience. I actually came into the store intending to buy only 2 lip glosses. However, because of the wonderful experience and the amazing service I received from Diana and Nikola, I ended up buying 14 lip glosses! 😂❤️ This is a perfect example of how exceptional employees can make customers want to come back and shop again. Diana and Nikola are a real credit to KIKO Milano, and I truly hope their great work is recognized and appreciated by the management. I would also like to thank KIKO Milano as a company for having such wonderful employees and for creating a brand experience where customers feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. Auch als ein Mann eine angenehme Erfahrung gemacht! Die Managerin Nikola ging auf alle meiner Fragen ein und erklärte mir ausführlich, wozu und wie am einfachsten ich die Produkte auftragen kann. Habe mich bei der gar nicht so kurzen Beratung gut und aufgehoben gefühlt, ohne dass ich mich wie ein Tausender Kunde an dem Tag gefühlt habe. Zusätzlich zu meinem Kauf bekam ich während des Gesprächs ein Espresso, den ich draußen auf der Bank in Ruhe genießen konnte. Top Service, gute Stimmung mit aufgedrehter Musik und die Preise sind ebenfalls in Ordnung. 😄👍🏻
