I had a wonderful experience with Noveen at Kiko . She was incredibly helpful and kind, patiently guiding me through the techniques and taking her time to explain the products and shade matching. Noveen was amazing, and I also appreciated how polite the other staff members were. Highly recommend!

I was away for a few days in Windsor and popped in for a replacement eye shadow stick. The young girl Zaynah helped me find the one I was looking for and told me about a new eye shadow stick which I liked too. The eyeshadow sticks are brilliant. She told me about the makeup offer so I had been wanting a new powdered blusher and also a face wash. Very good advice and service. Shame our store closed in ipswich. I dont often buy makeup online. Love my new products.

The experience was just splendid! Zaynah helped me so much with my search, but also she was very kind, we did have reaaaaly pleasant small talk and I got out with a big smile and truly great products from the store.

Such a good experience in store today!! Thankyou to Simran and the team! Went in to get my foundation shade matched and ended up with some amazing makeup tips and bought some really good products! Simran was very professional and explained everything to me step by step and thanks to her I finally have a good makeup routine! Definitely recommend this store as they always have the best customer service! Will definitely be visiting again thankyou ladies!

I went to the Windsor store today there was a lovely lady lovely lady, who was the supervisor called naila helped me she was so warm tried a load of products on me before I bought them no pressure to buy anything but I bought the make up regardless really good customer service and she went out of her way for me today so thank you so muchx

I usually feel very anxious when shopping, especially for makeup. But not here, the lady helped me choose what I was looking for without any judgement. I will be back soon and will open an account.

Loved the experience at the store. The girls were helpful in ensuring I got the correct eyeliner colours. I bought the waterproof eyeliner in two different colours after having the one in teal which is a nice bright colour. 4 stars because the heating in the store was too high and I felt like I was going to pass out at one point.
