Just went out from Kiko in Utrecht, the lady named Alexia spend more or less 10 minutes applying products I choose to my eye, explaining everything in details with so much patience, so client oriented. I came for one eyeshadow ended up buying 5 different products. This is what customer service means. GREAT ALEXIA, KEEP IT UP. YOU ARE DEFINITELY A STAR. There was also another lady in different uniform, name with Sa… something (I couldn’t read it all). God, she has an attitude. I asked her for an eyeshadow , she pointed its place to me instead giving it 🤦🏻♀️ Anyway I left happy thanks to Alexia. Please, Kiko, appreciate this kind of employees.

I came from London and the staff in this store are absolutely lovely ! They helped me foundation match In store at first I wasn’t convinced/ completely sold but trusted them ( an Eritrean girl and Ghanaian girl) came home did my makeup and the foundation looked GREAT! Complete match I don’t even use any of my old foundations since buying it from here!

Persoonlijke ondersteuning bij het kiezen. Erg goede sfeer en prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Bleef buiten wachten totdat mijn vrouw er weer uitkwam na een tijdje....de betreffende verkoopster had haar geadviseerd en dat beviel haar zeer. Daarom lang gewacht buiten de zaak en eens goed de klanten kunnen observeren. Jong en oud publiek! Echt Italiaanse service op de vrouw gericht. Veel en lang wachtende mannen tot gevolg!
