On Saturday, i took a trip to Kiko Milano in Regents Street and i was helped by an employee by the name of Hiba. She was so helpful in supporting me and guiding me to choose the best products for my sister’s birthday. She was also very patient with me as i dont have a lot of knowledge in Makeup. I just wanted to share my experience as i am not normally faced with any friendly employees, however Hiba really stood out to me and i am very grateful for her help.

I go the store this afternoon just to browse after work. I don’t know what I wanted to buy and was helped straight way by a lady called Kendy. She tuck me round all the shop and explain all items, how to use it and match my shades for everything. My English isn’t great but she made my experience very comfortable and relaxing by being so patient me. I buy lipstick lip pencil and lipgloss she wearing too. I spending around £200 but love everything she helped me buy. Can’t wait to go back, she msde my day! 5 stars kiko Oxford street😁😁 Recommend🤩

I went in to Kiko Milano Regent Street on Saturday 17th June to check out the products they had available. I was looking for a setting spray as I had run out and Lucy who is the manager of the store was lovely from the moment I walked in. She told me about all the different setting sprays they have and what is good for my skin type. I have dry skin so she advised using the Prime & Fix refreshing mist. It has a glow element to it and for these summer months it really does give you a healthy looking glow. Lucy went in to the stockroom at the back to look for other products they had but unfortunately they were sold out and went out of her way to take care of me. I generally have a bad experiences when trying to buy makeup bar a few instances and she made me feel well taken care of. Thank you Lucy for making me feel welcome and at ease, I left feeling very happy with my purchase.

I went into the store as a last minute attempt of finding a nice look for my graduation ceremony... I rarely wear makeup and had no items at home. I asked for the help of one of the sales assistants and I was so pleasantly surprised by Milene! She did not hesitate to look after me and reassure me that we would find the right look. She was extremely sweet and attentive, really listening to the fact that I wanted a natural look and products that would be super easy to apply due to my lack of makeup knowledge. SHE WAS MY SAVIOUR!! A big thank you Milene for your hard work and dedication. I will be back for sure!

Easy to find as right by Oxford Street tube. Well staffed if you need any help. I love their Unlimited Double Touch lip colours. Nothing gets that off apart from makeup remover. Amazing colours also.

I’ve always been a fan of Kiko products so ended up dragging my friend in here when we visited London a few days ago… we ended up being served by Milene and I must say she made the entire trip!! she was so lovely, super helpful, funny, and the best customer service we had the whole trip! What a lovely shopping experience I had today! Staff were really polite and friendly, I was helped by Riccardo to choose some make up and after I told him I wanted something easy and quick he sat me down and showed me how to apply everything. He was super kind, knowledgable and truly made an effort to help me with what I needed. I ended up buying a whole new set of make up and was genuinely so delighted with the experience. Well done to them and a special mention to the lovely girl with gorgeous tattoes who also helped!

A special shoutout to Ricardo who made my cousin feel very welcome and was able to colour match his skin in less than 5 second. He is like Picasso in the makeup industry's. I would also like to thank all the staff members there. Despite it being very busy they try their best to engage with everyone and help with everyone specific needs. My number one shop for nail polish, nail files, lipsticks and eye make up. I've never left with an empty hands. Really good comestics stuff! I am very glad they are in London, it is a MUST stop whenever I am around the Oxford Circus.

Chiara gave me an excellent service. She made me buy a whole new make up routine and I end up spending more than £170 that day, ON A SALES DAY! Exellect marketing skills and energetic posture. Really liked visiting this tiny shop. The makeup was recommended so I popped in and it really is great, the stay on lipstick had really just stayed on, It needs to be scrubbed off!!! The lady that served me so so full of energy (wish I remembered her name) but that acutally made the experience a little more fun. She tried some products on me and didn't force me into any purchase. Shame it's such a small shop but I guess space on Regents street is costly. Recommended for sure, the lipstick is ace!
