I had a wonderful experience at KIKO Milano in Milan, thanks to Valentina! She was incredibly kind, patient, supportive, and helpful. She made me feel comfortable while choosing products and was happy to assist me throughout my shopping experience. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made such a difference. I actually ended up buying more than I had originally planned because of her kindness, support, and recommendations! Valentina is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you, Valentina, for making my visit so enjoyable. You truly made a difference! ❤️

Imate moje pohvale!

The make up artist Alessia made this experience absolutely wonderful for me. She helped me through several make up items that I wanted to buy. I did several trial for each item. She gave me a wonderful smokey eye at the end. Kiko Milano is surprisingly affordable for the brand it is. I would 100% recommend.

Amazing place and location but wait time for cashier is too long
-
