Have been visiting this branch of Kiko Milano at Ibn Batuta for a while now, I am so very happy with their customer service especially Ms. Reem who was very kind and patiently explained everything what I needed to understand. My mum and I were on holiday in Dubai two weeks ago, and went in to kiko. My mum had an amazing experience because of Reem! She helped my mum with amazing advice about how to do her makeup and advised what products are the best. She truly is an amazing representative of Kiko, and we will definitely come again on our next holiday to Dubai.

Reem was amazing. First time in many years i found a makeup consultant so genuine n lovely. I wasn’t actually planning to buy but the way she put the makeup on me n showed me how to do it i was excited. She has good knowledge on things n most importantly she shares n educates her clients! Hi, i was so glad i came across Reem, the makeup artist in Kiko ibn battuta mall. She was very friendly and professional, she helped me find what suits me and gave me a great makeup look that i loved 😍. She has great energy and fabulous personality. Kiko Dubai mall can use someone like her.

Kiko in Ibn Batuta is a fantastic spot. And lady Reem is magnificent, she’s a real professional in make-up! I didn’t expect to see my face like she did, I was so so surprised! I’m pretty sure, this lady likes her job so much and it’s visible. I was in perfect mood when I bought all necessary equipment and left shop.

First time going here and there was the artist Reem. She was amazing she helped me find exactly what I was looking for, not only this, but showed me tips and tricks on how to apply eyeliner, lipliner and lipstick! Definitely was a pleasure meeting her and I loved the products!
