I had a wonderful experience at KIKO dubai mall , and I would like to thank Marchon for his excellent service. From the moment I entered the store, he was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. What really made the visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. Juicy, the Italian trainer was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain the products, their usage and what would work best for us. Fadi, the makeup artist, was equally impressive! Fadi’s recommendations were spot on and perfectly suited to our preferences. Both of them were very friendly professional and genuinely attentive, which made the entire shopping experience feel personalized and enjoyable rather than rushed. Their expertise and approach made a big difference and we ended up discovering some great products! Highly recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for quality makeup along with outstanding service. Will definitely be coming back!
