I’ve always love purchasing kiko milano products, and visited the store again for some restocks, and the staffs there are nice and approachable especially Sonu — she was very helpful from the moment we entered.

★★★★★ Earlier today, I accidentally left my iPhone at the KIKO Milano store in Deira City Centre. When I checked Find My iPhone using another device, I saw that it was still at DCC. I asked my roommate to call my number, and thankfully, a member of the KIKO Milano team answered and confirmed that they had safely kept my phone and that it was ready for collection. I immediately returned to the store and recovered my phone without any hassle. I am incredibly grateful for the honesty, care, and helpfulness of the entire team. This experience also reminded me of the exceptional level of safety and security we are fortunate to have in the UAE, it genuinely exceeded my expectations. Great shopping experience at KIKO Milano, Deira City Centre! The store is clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of makeup and skincare. Ms rose friendly and helpful without being pushy. The products are high quality and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely come back!

Recently visited the KIKO Milano store at Deira City Centre, and as someone who has never really used makeup before, the whole experience initially felt quite confusing and overwhelming. I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Forouzan, and she was absolutely amazing. She never made me feel judged or uncomfortable. Instead, she patiently explained the purpose and use of each product and thoughtfully suggested what would suit me best. What truly stood out was how kindly and patiently she did a full makeup trial while teaching me how to apply and use the products properly. Staff like her are what truly build a brand and create loyal customers. Thank you, Forouzan, for such a warm and memorable experience.
