I got very good service when I wanted to personalise my lip gloss. The lady who helped me was so sweet.

I had such a lovely experience with Carice at the Regent Street store. She was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. My daughter wanted to have her lip oil engraved, which does cost a little extra, but it was honestly so worth it. Carice made the whole experience really special and was so patient and lovely with my daughter. Her warm and friendly manner made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Carice, for going above and beyond and making it such a memorable experience for my daughter. Excellent customer service!

I asked staff to help find a shade and they were very unhappy and unbothered however Venus was so lovely and helped engrave my lipgloss !

Romy provided excellent customer service. She was very kind, open and patient. When I couldn’t find my bronzer shade in stock, she recommended your store 7 minutes away and I ended up getting it! So exited to try. You also have great AC which is nice in the summer… She was a great help compared to other KIKO staff members who tend to be rejecting, I’ve noticed. I’m a very happy customer thanks to Romy! :D I do have to say however, I find the shade range slightly disappointing for those with deeper skin tones.

I had a fantastic experience. Fresh from an eye op, I am feeling out of sorts with myself but I was made to feel special and relevant. Without knowing, Elle made me feel looked after and visible. Fantastic customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience with Romy! She is incredibly talented, patient, and genuinely sweet. One thing I’ve always struggled with is getting eyeshadow to show on my upper eyelids, and I never seemed to get it right.
