Huge shoutout to Nilofar who was amazing on our visit - helpful, kind and friendly.

Yesterday I visited the store and was served by a wonderful lady named Shanaz. She greeted everyone with a warm smile and was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted me with everything I needed and recommended the membership, which I really appreciated. She truly provided 10 star service. Thank you, Shanaz! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 However, I’m giving the store 4 stars because of the store manager. Unfortunately, her attitude was disappointing. She didn’t smile, wasn’t welcoming, and came across as unfriendly. She also kept looking at us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. I noticed she interacted with other customers in a similar manner as well. I believe a store manager should set the standard for excellent customer service and be a positive role model for the rest of the team. The level of kindness, professionalism, and warmth that Shanaz showed should be the standard for everyone in the store, especially the manager.

I bought some lip markers, blushes, a discounted pallette and sunscreen, the lovely ladies kept me company with great conversation as it was my first time ever in a big city. Super friendly, helpful and sold me plenty of lovely items 😊👍
