I went to the Kiko Milano Canary Wharf store to return a product and had some issues finding the receipt through the system but the staff helped me find the order in their system. They were also so patient with it despite me showing up during closing hours on a Sunday evening. Big up!! I got th gloss and eye pencil which are both such good products, and the mystery box deal itself was amazing!

Had such an amazing experience!! Was looking for a new lipgloss and the lovely Sara showed me all the options. She helped me decide what would look best on my skin!I wanted a more pink look and she helped me achieve that!!I’ve come twice now and the products are really good especially the liners which Sara also showed me! Overall loved it!!

What a lovely bunch of girls!!! I love Kiko glosses,but was on the lookout for a new concealer,when I went in the worker helped me to shade match myself and it really felt like I was shopping with a friend. Highly recommend!!

Came to pick up a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and I honestly have no makeup knowledge at all, but the girls there were so lovely and patient. They took the time to explain everything in detail and gave really good options for someone with mature skin. The prices are really reasonable too. Such a great experience, thank you for the help!

I had a lovely experience at KIKO Milano Canary Wharf. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. They are happy to offer help and guide you on which products would suit you best. I would recommend visiting when the shop is less busy so you can fully enjoy the overall experience and attention from the team.

Maria was honestly the best! So sweet and super quick to help. I came in for one thing and ended up leaving with six because she showed me so many great products I actually liked. The stuff I bought is really good too, super happy with everything. I’ll definitely be back

I came in a few days ago & received a great experience buying foundation thanks to the lovely brown skin hijabi lady on the shop floor who had stunning makeup. She was so sweet, understood my skin tone perfectly, and matched my foundation spot on. Even though she was alone helping multiple customers, she still gave amazing service. Meanwhile, her colleague stayed behind the till having her drink and didn’t seem bothered to help. She really deserves credit!
