I just want to say a big thank you to Jade from the Liverpool store. I just want to say you were amazing with me helping me looking for the foundation for my skin and brow gel and giving me lip gloss and engraving it with the date that me and fiancé got engaged and the place it took place. Thank you so much again you are amazing and feel so blessed and hope you enjoy your celebration sweets 🩷🩷

I went into the Kiko Milano Liverpool store today and was helped by the wonderful Phoebe. Phoebe was really helpful to me as I was looking for a new lip liner that matched with my natural lip colour. She gave very good service, and was chatty, cheerful and funny. Absolutely recommend this shop and the girls here if you want any makeup advice!

The girls in here are always so kind and helpful. Today I was assisted by Mia Elliott who helped me find a lip liner, lipstick and lipgloss that I was looking for based off a look I found on a Pinterest board, the original liner I was looking for was out of stock but she quickly went through a number of different options and helped me find one which was perfect for the look I was going for so I was really happy! We had a nice chat and I went away feeling really happy and satisfied with my shopping experience! Will definitely return again in future! Thank you Mia!

Came into the store today and wonderful experience. A member of called jade was really lovely and helpful! She found my perfect shade match in a conclear and a bronzer, which I’ve always struggled with. I definitely recommend this store!
