Visited this morning on Black Friday and it was already quite busy but the staff were so helpful at explaining the deals they had going. I was offered a lovely Christmas bag and a branded sticker by the sales assistant who even went out of her way to find another of the same product I'd picked up (which had a very slight dent in the corner of the packaging) that was undamaged. Great service and products! ❤️❤️

Last week I came into Kiko to try find a foundation. A lovely girl called Chloe served me and helped me find my perfect match.All the girls in there are super nice! Definitely will be coming back! :)

Outstanding Service by Alyssa at Kiko Milano, Cambridge In December, during a rushed visit to Cambridge, I stumbled upon the Kiko Milano store. It was a pleasant surprise, as I hadn’t used their products in years. I usually prefer to shop in physical stores, and with no Kiko Milano store near Canterbury, I seized the opportunity to pop in despite being on a tight schedule. The store was packed with customers, yet Alyssa, one of the staff members, stood out for her exceptional service. Despite the crowd, she promptly assisted me the moment she finished with another customer. I initially asked for a mascara, and Alyssa efficiently showed me all the options. I quickly spotted my favorite and decided to buy it. I then asked her to recommend another eye product, and without hesitation, she pointed out several great options. Her professionalism and product knowledge were impressive. On a whim, I decided to look for a lipstick as well, and Alyssa didn’t miss a beat. Thanks to her quick and attentive assistance, I walked out in just five minutes with four products instead of the one I initially planned to buy. I want to commend Alyssa for her outstanding service. Her efficiency, expertise, and friendly demeanor turned a quick visit into a truly delightful shopping experience. Even my partner, waiting outside, was amazed at how fast I managed to shop! Kiko Milano Cambridge, you have a gem of an employee in Alyssa. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Discovered this wonderful brand when in Brighton the lipsticks are amazing double ones with a coating stay on as they should and waterproof eyeliner very impressed well worth a visit and eyeshadows great colours have fun!
