I recently visited the KIKO Milano store at Yas Mall, and I wasn’t planning to make a purchase. However, the outstanding customer service completely changed my mind. Turaya’s professionalism, warm attitude, and exceptional service went far beyond my expectations. She made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to introduce us to KIKO’s beautiful range of makeup, hair, and body care products. She truly represents the KIKO Milano brand in the best possible way. A special thank you as well to Fatoum and Ramisa, who were incredibly friendly, approachable, and made the whole shopping experience even more enjoyable. Their positive energy and genuine care for customers made our visit memorable. Thank you all for such an exceptional experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I used to go regularly for the same product and didn’t feel any kindness or helpfulness from the previous team. I stopped by yesterday and was surprised by the new team. Delia was amazing, she helped me a lot and was very refreshing to see how much the customer care had improved. Before whenever I asked a question, I was met with hard faces and bad attitude and Delia was very patient, solved my doubts and helped me pick new products. I’m very pleased :) and Delia was great!
