A friend recommended Kiko Milano to me, and I’m thrilled I decided to give it a try! I bought the foundation and sunscreen, and I’m absolutely loving them. The foundation is light, smooth, and delivers a natural finish, while the sunscreen absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel greasy at all. I must also commend the outstanding customer service I received. Grace was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the products with kindness and professionalism, ensuring I chose exactly what I needed. The whole experience was exceptional, exceptional, and I will definitely be returning!

Today my friend and I visited kiko Milano store and were attended by Ms. Grace 😍 It was so lovely to talk with her about Beauty , it’s so noticeable that she has a passion for skin care and beauty products and at the same time she truly enjoys customer service she loves building rapport with the customers, without any judgement she welcomes everyone to the store with a warm smile and bright eyes! Even if a customer feels shy to ask and doesn’t want to bother she makes them feel comfortable and understood, Grace anticipates to customer needs and even if a customer feels lost she guides them tru, she gave me so much advice that I didn’t know I actually really needed because she knew what was I talking about , just by listening carefully to my current situation with my make up and skin care , in so glad to know there’s still people who enjoys their job ! In 6 years Grace is the best attention ever I’ve received in this store 🩷🫶🏼 Thanks a Lot! If anyone sees this ASK FOR GRACE ALWAYS! 🫶🏼
