eravamo in gita con la scuola sono stati gentilissimi e bellissimi, stavamo facendo la fila per la incisione del gloss e siccome dovevamo rientrare entro le 15:00 ed erano le 14:52 per non farci fare la fila ci hanno fatto pagare con il telefono della commessa. STUPENDI E GENTILISSIMI!!

Le ragazze sono super gentili, educate e ti aiutano a trovare quello che vuoi. Non sapevo nulla di trucco, Fancy mi ha insegnato a truccarmi da zero, è stata molto paziente e insegna molto bene. Sono tornata per continuare a imparare e lei è stata la migliore, una buona insegnante e guida nel trucco. Ho intenzione di continuare a tornare per più trucco, e per imparare qualche consiglio in più, i prodotti sono di buona qualità e a buon prezzo. Lo consiglio 10/10

I liked shopping here - Michele was of great help! 👏 The waiting line for engraving products was long but it was worth it. (waited 1h, 10 people in front of me, but some had 5 or more products to engrave)

El día que yo visite había mucha gente para grabar sus maquillajes pero las chicas son muy amables y muy rápidas Ayudan a mantener el orden y todo muy bien Salí encantada 🙌🏽💓

Waited a very long time in line for the engraving. I think it was about 45 min or so. But that is not the stores fault of course. For me the product was worth the wait. And the staff tried everything to make it better.

키코는 제가 이전에 이탈리아 방문했을때 아이섀도우를 샀었는데 너무 잘 썼어서 이번에는 가기전부터 립제품을 사야겠다고 생각하고 일부러 각인 가능한 매장을 찾아갔어요. 각인 대기할때 무슨 종이를 받아야 하는 것 같은데 아무 안내가 없어서 그냥 서있었는데 각인 해주는 직원분이 친절하게 설명해줘서 원하는 각인 새김! 그리고 계산 담당 중국인 직원분이 어느 나라 사람이냐고 물어서 한국인이라고 했더니 한국 마스크팩 좋아하신다면서 스몰토크 나눔. 코덕으로써 꽤 즐거운 대화였음. 이 분한테 텍스프리 가능하냐고 물었는데 친절하게 다 처리해주시고 서류 다 챙겨주심! 이 분 덕분에 너무 즐거운 쇼핑으로 기억에 남아있어요! 감사해요🤎❤️

The workers are really nice and they tried so hard to maintain the condition. I respect them so much.

Varias opções legais, preço acessível, porém a parte de personalizar os produtos é muito desorganizado. Falam pra entrar numa fila, mas o papel que dão pra você é a ordem… ai fica injusto, fica 20 min na fila pra chegar na sua vez e nao ser a sua vez pq a sua senha nao é a proxima! Nao faz o menor sentido, ou faz por senha, ou por fila. As atendentes precisam ser mais simpáticas, algumas ficam tão estressadas que so nao conseguimos comprar mais porque o atendimento nao foi bom
