I was looking for a beautiful eyeshadow and gloss that I had seen on Twitter. At first, all the staff seemed very busy, so I didn’t feel like it was a good moment to ask for help. After a while, a staff member named Hannah kindly approached me and asked if I needed any help. Unfortunately, the eyeshadow I was looking for was an older product and was no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. However, Hannah took the time to recommend a similar shade for me. She also explained how to use it properly, such as using a setting spray on the brush to change the color payoff. She also helped me find a gloss with a color that was very easy to wear. Hannah was extremely friendly throughout the whole interaction. English is not my first language, so it can sometimes be difficult for me to explain what I want, and my English might not always be very clear. But she was patient, kind, and always smiling, which made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciate her help. Staff like Hannah make shopping much easier and more welcoming for international visitors. Thank you so much, Hannah🥰

My experience has been incredible! I've bought makeup at Chanel and most other well-known brands, but I've absolutely loved Kiko because of the saleswoman name Wedian 😘 and the amazing makeup. She's a fantastic makeup artist and saleswoman, and so kind! I've never received such incredible service! I hope she stays at this store forever. xx❤️

Absolutely loved it! Staff were very helpful and amazing especially Sura she helped me find everything I wanted and helped me with tips and tricks.
