Great range of Italian Factory Makeup - so many awesome things, and neat and tidy gondolas. (Wanted to buy micellar water but felt scolded by staff for picking up the non-tester bottle so that dampened the experience a bit. I picked up the full bottle so I could add it to my basket for purchase but ended up putting it back and not getting it because I felt a bit thrown off and just hastily bought what I'd selected and left. I'll probably stick to online shopping in future)

My friend and I went here today to buy 1 thing but its totally impossible the stuff is awesome 👌 When you 1st walk into the shop its all laid out beautifully and everything ❤ has labels with prices. The shop is air conditioned which is a must when shopping 🛍 for makeup 💄 and its well lit up. The employees don't run at you or hover around 🤔 you but let you know they're there if needed. The fella and girl on today were brilliant 👏 couldn't have been nicer. They always have offers on and today at the till the girl took my email 📧 so I'd get 20% of my next purchase. Very good customer service thanks so much 🙏.

I was in on Friday and have to commend the fella that served me. I have very small eyelashes and asked for advice. He recommended a lash concentrate mascara to lengthen the lashes along side a mascara to use on top. I have tried a lot of products and this is by far the best product I have tried. Just wanted to commend his recommendations and will be back if I need any further assistantance to the store. Thanks again 😁

Amazing black friday shopping!!! Great deals take 6 pay 3 and had so much help from friendly Matthew! He proactively recommended my wife some eye shadows that were in the tones she was looking into and we really felt taken care of!!! Good job guys will definitely be back!
