I haven't visited the store yet but this review is for Kiko's store staff Eba who helped me out over the phone. I had a very general issue with an order and Eba managed to make sure I got the right answers and what procedure to follow. I went into Kiko Milano to get some help with finding some products for my friend’s wedding this summer. I was greeted by three lovely ladies. Kayla took me over, sat me down and tried different products to suit my skin tone. She was patient, helpful and so friendly. Dorra then came to join us to help with creating a beautiful eyeshadow look. We laughed lots and I purchased some amazing goodies. Thank you so much, Kayla and Dorra! 🤗

Zainab has been so wonderful especially after having a horrible experience with another sales person with long blonde hair a few day’s prior. Zainab made up for it all. She was so bubbly and kind and helped with all my questions, I would come back to Zainab again.

Went into KIKO to shop for my sister and ended up having one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had in a long time. Dorra was absolutely exceptional. Warm, knowledgeable, genuinely lively, and just full of good energy. She took her time, gave honest advice, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun rather than rushed or salesy. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does and that vibe makes all the difference. Big thanks to Dorra for the great service. She’s a real credit to the store.

I would like to thank Dorra, the Beauty Advisor at KIKO. She is very welcoming, kind, and professional. She explains the products clearly and knows exactly what suits different skin types. She is always happy to help and has a lovely, friendly personality. I felt very comfortable with her and asked many questions about makeup, and she was extremely helpful and patient. I highly recommend asking for her if you need any help, as she is very knowledgeable about makeup. I wish her all the best 👍🏻✨

I came into store at White City Kiko to find and look for a lipgloss but ended up leaving with the eyeshadow stick that I fell in love with when I saw it on Kayla‘s eyes, she helped me choose the perfect shade for me and I ended up leaving with the eyeshadow stick from the Christmas collection. Definitely coming back for the lip gloss and definitely gonna have to stock up on the eyeshadow sticks before they sell out. Thank you Kayla!!
