Beautiful shop with a great staff working. I was buying some products for makeup. I was looking for a lip liner. I didn't know the name of the line, and Anita was looking and testing different colours until we discovered that my colour was in the nude line. She and her colleagues were super friendly and brand professionals. I love kiko for its quality and design, and I recommend it because they have the perfect combination, design, quality, and price. We bought more than 15 makeup products and we paid less than 30£. Real sales, the team was amazing, the cashier was friendly and she helped us with a new makeup pallet because someone had used the one we had chosen. We remain her in Greece!!! I don’t normally try new makeup products but the lovely staff at Kiko Milano James Street were so helpful in helping me grab some new makeup items. Two lovely girls called Stephanie and Aji really helped me with what products to buy regarding my skin tone. As a darker skinned black girl, it can be incredibly hard to know what makeup products suit you. Stephanie explained a full range of products that would suit me for a good half an hour with so much patience. Aji gave me a really great suggestion for a blush that I wouldn’t normally go for but is now my everyday go to blush. 10/10 service!

I'm not a makeup person at all but with the premiere of my partner's documentary The Roll Out I knew I needed to up my game. I called and booked an appointment with the amazing Hannah who took such good care of me and my face. She expertly applied products to create the perfect look for the red carpet event and made me feel so at ease. She even found the time to explain what she was doing and why so that I could try and replicate her work myself. I would 100% recommend the products but also her amazing expertise...I felt like a goddess all evening, thank you so much

Lewis and Hannah were very helpful and gave me a great customer service when I visited the store a couple of weeks ago. I needed a quick makeup for a Queer party and they did a great job in just 20 minutes before the store was closing. The makeup looked incredible and the party was a blast! Thanks to them both and to their manager!

This is my go-to Kiko store. I went this week and was assisted by Roselyn. She had the best energy, seemed so genuine and lovely and I felt amazing after. Always love Kiko's products, but this experience was so good that I even told my colleague the next day that I had a great service experience. I think it's really important to make sure you tell someone when they have been great :) Good vibes and kindness is so important

Okay so I’m in love with this one lip gloss so me and my friend bought it again because it’s too cute! Anyways, we as we’re about to leave the shop we realised we bought the wrong colour and they let us exchange it with no problem. Even though I didn’t get a receipt, the lady recognised me and said I could replace it anyways. Everyone there was so nice (including the not-so-scary security guard). ☺️

Lewis was SUPER helpful today! He was so attentive, helped me to select the perfect makeup brush and helped me to test the bronzers so that I left with the correct shade. On top of that, he was extremely positive and friendly during the whole experience. Definitely an asset to the team.

Incorrect details... states it is open at 10am, I am outside at 11am and it is closed. Waited outside for a while before an unpleasant staff member came to say they open at 11.30am. Please update accordingly, as customers such as myself will not be impressed with having to wait due to incorrect information being made public. This Kiko branch is the best I've been to purely because of the stunning interior design and the variety of products. Sales and promotions are usually the same nationwide. There are two floors, not sure what's downstairs. Staff are not friendly here (compared to Kiko staff at every other UK branch...)

The range available vary from natural subtle make up to ones for a more dramatic but classy finish to your look. I will be replacing a lot of my current cosmetics with this brand. I am extremely happy with the service I received at Kiko Covent Garden in December 2018. It was a crowded day, and Kiko was able to provide just enough staff to cover each section. My friend and I were asking a lot of questions about nail vanish, when new products come in etc, and a female staff was extremely help in answering every questions and offered a lot of help. Though I didn't make any purchase on that day, but it was an experience I hoped for and I would be happy to pay the store another visit whenever I'm around. Thank you
