The air conditioning was not capable to cool the place because the main entrance were always open because people kept coming and coming again and the store is not big enough for everyone

Visited this store two times while I was in Milano. Bought a bunch of gifts that I got engraved for my family and friends. Federica was so kind and patient with me and all my engravings. She did such a beautiful job and double checked with me that everything was correct and to my liking. I had like 20 pieces that needed engraving and half of them with gold lettering. She really was such a gem and made the whole experience wonderful!

Martina was the kindest ever! When she noticed I spoke Spanish, she tried her best to speak it too 🥹 she helped us find everything I wanted and even showed me some other amazing products. 10/10!!
