Super crowded!!! But the staff were helpful and made sure everyone stayed in line. I got some beautiful engraved gifts to take back home from my trip. A few staff members seemed a bit grumpy, but honestly, I understand, the crowd and the heat can’t be easy to deal with!

Here you will find everything that Kiko Milano can offer. Super crowdy and busy area, but that's an experience. Here you can get the laser engraving on the cosmetics you buy, but this will cost an extra euro per design. I think it's a good gift.
