I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience made me do it. It’s very disappointing that a well-known brand like KIKO has staff who treat customers this way. I have always been a loyal customer and recommended KIKO to others, but after this experience, I won’t anymore. I was excited to visit this branch, especially for the laser engraving service, but the experience was terrible. The staff were rude, especially a woman with long orange hair. I waited in line for over 30 minutes because I was told she would call my turn, but she ignored me. When I tried to speak to her, she brushed me aside and continued working! The only exception was one staff member wearing a hijab, who was kind and helpful. Because of the poor organization and rude service, I had to wait for over an hour. In the end, I returned everything I bought and decided never to visit another KIKO branch again. Very disappointing.
