Most of the staff aren't that friendly, but there's one man working there. He's the best! Literally went through all their colours to help me match a lipstick with one i already had. He's the only one that made the experience worth it

Pierwsza moja wizyta w Kiko Milano.... i przepadłam. Ogromny wybór kosmetyków, super pigmentacja. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma. Mimo dość sporego ruchu nie było problemu z pomocą ze strony personelu. Warto poszukać sklepu, w którym za symboliczne 1 € można zrobić grawer na kosmetykach (nie każdego sklep ma taką usługę). Fajna opcja na prezent

Jeden z głównych celów naszej wycieczki do Mediolanu. Od dawna marzyło mi się wygrawerowanie swojego imienia na błyszczyku z KIKO w ich głównej siedzibie. Mimo że byłyśmy w sobotę, nie było dużej kolejki, a cały proces zakupu i graweru zajął około 20 minut, mimo że byliśmy w cztery osoby. Niepowtarzalna pamiątka z Mediolanu 🤍
