I am from Canada and every time I know I’m come to Europe I look for Kiko!!! I ran into this makeup store for the first time years ago and always look forward to checking it out every time I’m back! It never disappoints!!! The variety of makeup and cool, unique colours are amazing! I’ll be heading back home one again with a bag full of fun things to wear. This time I especially loved the variety of colours in eyeliner and mascara. The service was amazing at this location also!

I had a truly lovely experience at KIKO Milano in Genova during our holiday last week. Since I can’t get KIKO products in my country, visiting the store was something I was really looking forward to. When we walked in, I asked a quick question, and Valentina, one of the staff, was so kind and helpful. She didn’t hesitate to sit me down (and even made my husband feel included), and gave me a beautiful makeup look. What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She gave me really thoughtful recommendations on what would suit me and how to use the products—without ever being pushy. I never felt pressured, just well taken care of. In the end, we left with a bunch of the products she suggested because they were just that good! Valentina was friendly, professional, and had such a great sense of humor—she really made the whole experience fun and memorable. If you’re visiting this store, I absolutely recommend asking for her!

Vado da anni in questo negozio. Uso i loro prodotti nonostante abbia una tipologia di pelle che non sopporta tutti i trucchi. Le 5 stelle sono anche per Gessica, la truccatrice, che é gentile e bravissima.
