Fuimos a ponerle el nombre y comprar los gloss no podíamos irnos sin hacerlo. No esperamos mucho. Fuimos tipo 11 de la mañana. Creo que si vas más tarde si habrá mas fila. Porque nosotras esperamos unos 20-30min entre que escoges el color y pagas y te lo hacen.. el poner el nombre sin 20seg. tardamos más en pagar. Porque te hacen registrarte

I visited the store today and was assisted by Alice. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. I don't know much about makeup, and I needed to buy a few products for a wedding. She was very patient, took the time to explain everything, and helped me choose exactly what I needed. Her excellent customer service made my shopping experience so much better. Thank you so much, Alice! I highly recommend this store, especially because of the outstanding service.

Although the place was crowded but I had a very pleasant help from Anna she is a great person she advised me with skin care products which turned to be great for my skin also she was very helpful and patient with me she helped me choose my foundation shade which suits my skin had a great buy there

Ottima esperienza da Kiko grazie a Roberta! È stata gentilissima, super preparata e soprattutto paziente: ha dedicato molto tempo a capire i miei problemi di pelle e di tenuta del trucco, dandomi consigli davvero utili, senza mai cercare di vendere più del necessario. Alla fine sono uscita con una busta piena di prodotti, tutti perfetti per me. Il negozio può risultare molto affollato a volte, ma grazie a store associate come Roberta il servizio fa davvero la differenza. Tornerò sicuramente!
