I came to Kiko store today at Mall of Emirates branch today planning to buy only my fave lipstick, but because of the good service and assistance of Yssai from the counter I ended up buying more which I never knew I needed. I visited Kiko today and have to admit that I had a very good experience. Upon entering I was greeted by a lovely lady then offered assistance by another. After browsing for a while I asked a young lady who was available at that time to help me choose some make up and she was just fantastic, very friendly and professional. I had a wonderful experience in this store, and I would like to say a Special Thank You to Olga! She really made my day with her warm and friendly personality. I am not good with applying make up plus I have some ekczema on my face which makes me feel less confident. With her help I learnt how to apply make up, she helped me to choose the right colors for my skin and all these with patiently, with a sweet geniune smile on her face. She is very knowledgable and has excellent make up artist skills. I went in for an eyebrow pencil and a concealer and left with a full set of make up because now I know how to use them:) She made me feel so much better, I will never forget her kindness! Thank You Olga💕❤
