Today, I stopped by KiKo Milano to pick up some beauty cosmetics, and I was warmly hosted by Lucy. She was absolutely charming and made my visit so pleasant. I also witnessed her skillfully handle a guest who seemed a bit upset, showing incredible patience and professionalism. I am obsessed with this Kiko store. Always super helpful and friendly employees. Maria specifically has been amazing with helping me with any and all my needs and questions. She goes above and beyond my expectations of a hard worker. I love how they always have new products every time I go into the store. The products are super affordable and high quality. I will always recommend checking this store out if in sawgrass mall.
