I had a really lovely experience at KIKO thanks to Annika! I was quite indecisive about which skincare products to buy, but she was so helpful and took the time to explain the different products in detail, helping me understand which ones would be best suited to my skin type. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout, which made choosing the right products so much easier. I’d definitely recommend asking for her if you need any advice on skincare or have questions about any of their products. Thank you Annika once again!

As a retail manager, I am probably a very difficult customer. I have high standards and only the finest customer service would impress me. I was at the Oracle in September for work and popped in Kiko quickly during my lunch break, first time I step into a Kiko store, and I purchased 3 items as I was very impressed by the Sales person there. I returned 2 weeks after and looked for her, by then I valued her advise. I was very pleased she was there and again, she offered her fantastic help, knowledge and honest advice. I therefore, made a purchase. This time, I asked for her name and I asked to speak to her manageress who also very nice, to share my compliments and feedback about Lorna. Lorna is an amazing sales advisor, and her customer service is the best I have experienced in years. Well Done!

The girls here are wonderful, they always make my day when feeling low, happy to help but also give you space to browse. Even if I didn't have plans to buy, most times end up getting something little as they're so lovely. Shout out to Duna and Lorna, and all the BA's 😅 had a good laugh with how the fonts on nametags are confusing Kiko also still being made in Italy and Germany, guaranteed no animal testing and less carbon print. Colours and variety are stand out as ever.
