I visited the store Thursday late afternoon and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with my question. Very clean and tidy shop with a big variety of products on display. Staff were very keen to help.

Had such a lovely experience with Vienna at KIKO! She was so friendly and patient, really taking the time to help me find a product similar to one I bought years ago.
