È stato gentilissimo, disponibile e super professionale: ci ha aiutato a trovare tutti i prodotti giusti, rispondendo con pazienza e precisione a ogni nostra richiesta. La sua cortesia ci ha fatto sentire davvero a nostro agio, quasi come se stessimo parlando con un amico di famiglia. Complimenti a lui per la passione e la dedizione al lavoro!

I had a truly lovely experience at KIKO Milano in Genova during our holiday last week. Since I can’t get KIKO products in my country, visiting the store was something I was really looking forward to. When we walked in, I asked a quick question, and Valentina, one of the staff, was so kind and helpful. She didn’t hesitate to sit me down (and even made my husband feel included), and gave me a beautiful makeup look. What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She gave me really thoughtful recommendations on what would suit me and how to use the products—without ever being pushy. I never felt pressured, just well taken care of. In the end, we left with a bunch of the products she suggested because they were just that good! Valentina was friendly, professional, and had such a great sense of humor—she really made the whole experience fun and memorable. If you’re visiting this store, I absolutely recommend asking for her!
