Estive na loja dia 17/11 a tarde e entre todas as atendentes (MARAVILHOSAS) uma teve um brilho especial, uma ruiva lindissima (Giulia, se nao me engano) me atendeu com TANTO carisma! Me mostrou produtos que eu nem conhecia, mas infelizmente os que eu precisava nao tinha nesta loja, e ela prontamente resolveu a minha demanda LIGANDO para a outra loja na mesma rua onde tinha! Eu ate quis comprar com ela e retirar na outra loja, mas ela me explicou que nao era possivel, e ainda assim continuou me mostrando os itens com MUITO BOA VONTADE! Eu sai desta loja sem comprar nada, infelizmente (tive que me dirigir a outra, onde a experiência nao foi tao positiva), mas com uma impressão ainda melhor da marca e dos italianos S2! Espero que este relato (REAL!) chegue a esta pessoa incrível e que ela continue assim!

Wie so oft war ich heute wieder bei Kiko Milano aber zum 1. Mal in dieser Filiale in Rom. Es war sehr voll, da es ein super Angebot gab. Die wundervolle Mitarbeiterin Marika kam auf mich zu und hat mich ausführlich beraten und sich viel Zeit für mich genommen obwohl es brechend voll war. Sie war sehr geduldig und ist auf meine Fragen eingegangen. Sie hat mich zu nichts „ überredet“ oder mir was aufgeredet sondern hat genau meine Wünsche und Bedürfnisse erkannt. Kiko Milan kann sich wirklich glücklich schätzen eine so tolle Mitarbeiterin zu haben. Großes Lob! Mach weiter so Marika! 🤩

I came to this store because I was looking for a brown lipstick. The employee, Camilla, was so sweet and attentive and helped me find a suitable color. The option to have the lipstick tube laser engraved is also a sweet idea. Overall, a great shopping experience! Thank you!
