  Ich war heute bei KIKO und bin wirklich begeistert 😊 Besonders die Mitarbeiterin Zeynep war super lieb, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, alles nett erklärt und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. So ein toller Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! ✨

Sie hat den perfekten Lipliner, Lippenstift und Gloss für mich herausgesucht – die Kombination war wirklich die schönste, die ich je hatte! Der Laden ist sehr professionell aufgebaut und übersichtlich, sodass man sich gut zurechtfindet und alles entspannt anschauen kann. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben, sehr liebes und kompetentes Personal♥️

  Ich war heute im Kiko und wurde wirklich sehr herzlich von Zeynep ( Beauty Advisor ) empfangen.❤️Ihre liebe & fröhliche Art hat mich einfach so angesteckt. Ich habe mich extrem aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. Sie hat mir in der ganzen Zeit auf bester Weise geholfen und die passenden Produkte für mich gefunden.   I went to two Kiko stores today. In the first one, I left empty hands because I did not like the customer experience. The second one was this Kiko at Alexa. Here I enjoyed my experience thanks to Sara. She was helpful, kind, and attentive to my wishes. My goal was to buy a new foundation and a concealer, but I ended up buying more products since she informed me that KikoMe members could already use the Black Friday offer. Also, she went out of her way to help me find other products and even checking the stock for a specific product I saw online but was not on display. With her I had a 5 star experience. However, the payment process is also part of the customer experience. And here comes my criticism and the only reason I do not give 5 stars to the store. The store manager was at the counter when I was paying and she had a kind of “straight to the point” attitude. She did not greet me or asked if I was a KikoMe member. She simply asked “card or cash?” and end of story. I thought she had a dismissive and rude behavior. Also, when I asked if she would keep tabs on the sales team because I wanted to give a compliment to one of them, she said “Google”. If I were a manager, I would like to know if my customers are having a good experience and which person of my team is giving them that. But she just dismissed my question pointing to a Google review. Oh, it is important to mention that there was no queue to pay. So, she could have taken her time to be friendly.

And if you’re not reading this, then I hope whoever is reading it gets even a hint of how drop-dead fabulous you are. I mean, I walked in a total makeup noob and walked out with a bag full of bold decisions — all because you made it look so damn easy and effortless. 10/10 would recommend @Heylie if you want to leave looking like you actually know what you’re doing. ❤️

  Mitten im Einkaufszentrum Alexia im Untergeschoss gelegen. Hab mir von der Information den genauen Weg erklären lassen im Eingangsbereich. Der Shop ist nicht gross, aber alles vorhanden. Ich war an einem Samstag dort und es war recht viel los. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Haben mich auf Verkaufsaktion hingewiesen und auch gleich abkassiert mit Karte, so daß ich mich nicht an der Kasse anstellen musste. Konnte schnell und unkompliziert meinen Einkauf erledigen. War sehr zufrieden, komme gerne wieder
