My Friend and I had a great experience with Eva at KIKO! She was so friendly and really took her time to help us find the perfect lip Combo ! Eva was really easy going not pushy with her sales but had great product knowledge . A really lovely person to talk to and is a great brand ambassador. Will definitely be back .

I originally went in for a wander around the store to have a look at the items available- and was approached by a lovely lady named Lorena. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular, which I told her I was not, however we had a lovely conversation about our plans for NYE, which led me to purchasing not only 1, not 2 but 3 items! Lorena was not pushy at all, allowed me to test items to ensure they were correct for me and advised me on other items to make sure I looked fabulous for NYE! What an absolute asset to the team, and a lovely girl too! Xx

I was served today by Molly in the Gateshead metro branch, as i was shopping for staff christmas presents aged 16 and 18 Molly very kindly helped me to put 2 gift sets together for my budget, she was very helpful and pleasant and made by shopping experience in KIKO a very good one.

I visited the store Thursday late afternoon and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with my question. Very clean and tidy shop with a big variety of products on display. Staff were very keen to help.

Had such a lovely experience with Vienna at KIKO! She was so friendly and patient, really taking the time to help me find a product similar to one I bought years ago. Even though we couldn’t find the exact one, she went out of her way to suggest alternatives. Such a genuine and lovely person to interact with—I really appreciate her help!
