I had a wonderful shopping experience at KIKO Milano thanks to Mihret. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting me in choosing the right lipstick, eyeshadow, eyebrow products, and eyelashes. She took the time to understand what suited me and gave honest recommendations without any pressure. This experience was completely different from my previous visits to the KIKO Milano Al Ghurair branch. Mihret’s professionalism, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable and memorable.

I just wanted to say that Nadira at Kiko is honestly my favorite beauty advisor. The first time I met her was at Ibn Battuta, and after she moved to Marina Mall I started going there instead. She always knows exactly what to recommend and every product she’s suggested has been perfect for me. Compared to other stores and even other beauty brands, the service at Marina Mall feels much better. I also noticed that the testers there are always cleaner and in much better condition, which makes shopping so much more enjoyable. Definitely my favorite Kiko store
