⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un’esperienza fantastica e un servizio eccezionale! Abbiamo avuto il grande piacere di visitare il negozio KIKO Milano a Bologna e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti dell’accoglienza e del servizio. Le signore che lavorano nel negozio sono state gentilissime, disponibili, sorridenti e molto attente alle nostre esigenze. Si sono interessate a noi fin dall’inizio e ci hanno dedicato davvero tanto tempo e attenzione. Abbiamo acquistato alcuni cosmetici, ma circa un’ora dopo ci siamo accorti di non essere sicuri di poter portare in aereo uno shampoo da 200 ml. In seguito abbiamo scoperto che era possibile trasportarlo nel modo corretto, ma in quel momento avevamo dei dubbi. Le signore del negozio hanno accettato senza alcun problema il reso del prodotto acquistato appena un’ora prima. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la loro disponibilità e comprensione. Alla fine abbiamo acquistato dei bellissimi gloss personalizzati con incisione per nostra figlia. È stato un acquisto davvero speciale e un bellissimo ricordo del nostro viaggio a Bologna. ❤️ Vogliamo ringraziare di cuore tutte le signore del negozio per la loro pazienza, il sorriso, la professionalità e soprattutto per il loro modo così gentile e umano di trattare i clienti. Hi! Thank you so much for your amazing service. I visited your shop on August 3rd because I wanted to buy a personalized lipstick for my friend, and the kindest and sweetest sales assistant I've ever met helped me throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but I remember she was wearing beautiful graphic eye makeup with blue lines around her eyes. The first time we tried to personalize the lipstick, there was a problem with the machine, so she kindly tried again with a new lipstick case. When that didn't work either, she said something like, "I wouldn't want you to buy something you're not completely satisfied with, so please feel free to tell me if you don't like it 😊." I thought that was incredibly thoughtful because, unfortunately, many sales assistants just try to make the sale regardless of whether the customer is happy with the product. I wish I had had more time to chat with her while we were trying again because she genuinely seemed like such a lovely person. Unfortunately, I was visiting Bologna with a tour group and only had about 10 minutes before I had to leave. When I told her that, she just smiled and said it was no problem at all. I was genuinely a little sad that, after all the time and effort we both put into trying to personalize the lipstick, it just didn't work out. I hadn't paid for it yet, but I still left feeling as though she had spent so much time and effort helping me for nothing. She was so patient and kind the entire time, and I really appreciated everything she did. For me, it was such a genuine and memorable experience. She is truly wonderful and deserves all the appreciation in the world. I hope I get the chance to visit Bologna again someday because I'd absolutely love to come back to your store. I had a wonderful experience at this KIKO store in Bologna, thanks to Andrea. She was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. As someone who hadn't bought makeup in years, I felt completely overwhelmed, but Andrea took the time to understand my features, skin tone, hair color, and personal style. She carefully selected products that truly suited me and even showed me how to apply them step by step. What impressed me most was that she didn't try to sell me everything in the store. Instead, she focused on finding the right products for me, and the result was far better than I expected. I left feeling more confident, with makeup that looks natural, elegant, and easy to wear. Andrea is a real asset to KIKO. Thank you for your kindness, expertise, and outstanding customer service!!!

Ieri ero a Bologna ed ero molto in anticipo sull'orario del treno. Sono entrata in negozio perché avevo bisogno di un temperino. Sono stata accolta da Katauor che gentilmente mi ha mostrato i temperini. Tenuto conto che, diversamente da altre commesse non si è mostrata invadente al fine di farmi acquistare altri prodotti, ho fatto mentre locale se necessitavo di altro. Le ho chiesto quindi, di mostrarmi i lucidi e mi sono fatta consigliare, cosa che ha fatto seguendo le mie indicazioni circa il colore e texture, sono rimasta soddisfatta e ne ho acquistati due ai quali ho poi aggiunto un pennello per il trucco occhi. A questo punto mi ha informata che avevo raggiunto la cifra per poter usufruire di un omaggio fra quelli proposti, quindi ho aggiunto una matita labbra che da molto tempo uso. Devo fare i complimenti a questa giovane ragazza per la gentilezza e la professionalità
