There are only two KIKO stores in all of Paris that offer lipstick engraving, and this is one of them. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the queue was extremely long. You first need to buy your favorite lipstick, then go outside and wait in line to have it engraved. Despite the long wait, it was definitely worth it! 💄✨

Je weet als je iets van hun collectie wilt laten graveren dat je zal moeten wachten. Sommige hebben twee stuks mee om te laten graveren andere tien stuks… in Milaan hadden ze twee machines om te graveren waardoor het inderdaad wat vlotter ging. Maar ik kan niet klagen van de service. Het was die dag zonnig en ze deelden paraplu’s uit voor de mensen die in de wachtrij stonden. Tip: wil je het zelf wat vlotter laten lopen, haal je producten al uit hun doosje, zet in je gsm de namen dat je wilt laten graveren zodat ze deze gewoon kunnen overtypen, en heb wat geduld en blijf vriendelijk. 🤗

Il y a eu beaucoup d'afflux, mais le service client était excellent. Tout le monde au magasin a été très bienveillant, et je suis très satisfait. Un remerciement particulier au responsable Radja pour son accueil, que je recommande vivement.

Sehr sehr voll aufgrund der Gravurmöglichkeit. Freundlicher Service, es wird regelmäßig aufgeräumt. Auf die Gravur haben wir nur ca 15 min gewartet.

Fui por un bodymist y por el gloss al que le puedes grabar tu nombre, por el cual te cobran 1€ por nombre y 1€ por grabar la torre Eiffel. Primero compras, y luego sales hacer fila para pasar con la chica que maneja la máquina de grabado. Hay chicas muy amables y chicas que no lo son.
