Took my daughter shopping in your store in Cribbs causeway The Mall , was helped by a lovely young lady called Shannon . She's an asset to your company, nothing was to much trouble . I think the lovely one helping me was called Shannon, I went in for some browsing as I had time to spend, and she approached me twice once to ask if I was looking for anything specific and the second time to help me find what I was looking for and to serve me, she also proceeded to have a really nice conversation with me and suggested other places within the mall I could get other things I was looking for. Such a friendly person and an asset to your store I hope that I’ve got her name right so she’ll get recognition for this.
