في موقف صار قدامي اليوم، وكان جداً مزعج بالنسبة لي كزبونة. كنت في المكان، ولاحظت موظفة شكلها جديدة وصغيرة في السن ومبين انها مواطنة ، لطيفة وتتعامل بشكل راقي. الموقف انها نادت وحدة من زميلاتها باسمها من غير لقب، فما كان من الموظفة الثانية إلا إنها ردت عليها بطريقة حادة وقالت لها “مدام فلانة”، وطبعاً أتوقع إنها من جنسية مغربية. اللي صار إنه أسلوبها كان متعالي وفيه نوع من الغطرسة، وأحرجت الموظفة الجديدة قدامي. أنا كزبونة صراحة استغربت من هالتصرف، وما شفت إن فيه داعي لهالأسلوب أبداً، حتى لو كانت مديرتها، ما يحق لها تتعامل مع زميلتها بهالطريقة اللي فيها إهانة. أسلوبها خلاني أحس بشعور غير مريح ، وحسيت بعدم احترام في التعامل. أتمنى منكم النظر في الموضوع واتخاذ اللازم لضمان بيئة عمل محترمة وخالية من التصرفات اللي تضايق الزبائن.
