Laura é strepitosa: super competente, attenta, accurata, gentilissima, generosa nel darti consigli preziosi e tips speciali che valorizzano le peculiarità del tuo viso. Non ho una pelle facile da trattare e truccare, ho molte parti del viso con esiti di acne e alcune macchie date dal sole forte oltre alle lentiggini. Il servizio in generale da parte di tutto lo staff è molto friendly, professionale e attento, nonostante non sia punto vendita grandissimo, quando sono andata l'ultima volta dei diversi prodotti di cui avevo bisogno di uno non c'era il formato che desideravo (era disponibile solo quello da viaggio) é stata presa nota e sono stata richiamata molto gentilmente non appena é stato disponibile in negozio. Molta cura e molta qualità nell'attenzione al cliente: altamente consigliato!!!

This is our second visit to Lanzarote and Kiko has become a must visit. I love their make up and always spend a fair bit but I really wish they didn't follow you around. I imagine it's to stop shop lifting but I wish they'd find another way.

I went into this shop today whilst in Lanzarote explained to the very helpful member of staff i have rosacea on my face she put some of the product Skin Trainer CC Blur on my face in medium it was amazing very light feeling but extremely good coverage.It was definitely a good buy I have spent so much money on high end products in the past that don't do what it says from my experience. I was very pleased with this purchase and also bought several other products.😊
