āāāāā I went into KIKO Milano today hoping someone could help me find the right foundation shade for my skin, as I usually struggle to find the perfect match and Iām not very confident when it comes to choosing makeup. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Asha. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to understand what I needed. She gave me genuine advice without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything. Asha helped me find the perfect foundation shade, explained how to use it and also helped me find the other products I was looking for. She was naturally kind, patient and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Asha! ā¤ļø Amazing customer service and I will definitely be coming back!

Went in today feeling quite overwhelmed trying to match kiko lipstick to a previous discontinued shade from another brand and loved how Sam immediately got into helping me and Michaela was keen in helping too and found the perfect shade! She also helped me find a matching lip liner & new mascara! Absolutely fantastic duo! Thanks for the extra skin care and eye patch advice and tips too Sam! Will definitely be visiting next time I have any make up needs! Thank you!!

Sam was absolutely amazing from the minute we visited, he couldnāt do enough for us and advised perfectly on lip gloss, lip liner and eyeliner which Iāve been struggling with for months.
