I had a great shopping experience at KIKO Milano, Regent Street, and I want to give a special shoutout to Kiya, one of the staff members who made my visit worthwhile. While many staff in the store seemed busy chatting among themselves and were not attentive to customers, Kiya stood out completely. She took the initiative to approach me, guided me through the product range, and genuinely invested her time in helping me choose what suited my skin and preferences best. Her professionalism and customer-first attitude are commendable. Thanks to her excellent service, I ended up purchasing over 24 items—including skincare and makeup products that are high quality, skin-friendly, and great for gifting too. We had such a wonderful experience with Juanita! She helped me choose a stunning lip combo with liner, gloss, and lipstick. I was initially hesitant about the bright pink shade she recommended, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. Her knowledge of color theory really impressed me. Juanita also found a product my friend loved, even though she has a completely different complexion. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any of your makeup needs or dilemmas!
