  Trotz der Sprachbarriere super Beratung. Wollte erst anderes Produkt aber wurde für mich das bessere und passendere herausgesucht. Verkäuferin war sehr nett, mit einen Strahlen auf den Lippen. Obwohl der Laden von einer Klasse mit Schülerinnen gestürmt wurde blieb sie ruhig und gelassen.

  Premetto che non sono Habitue’ del make up ed ho provato in negozi vari senza mai riuscire a trovare un aiuto concreto. Stamattina entro da Kiko ,in corso Matteotti a Siracusa, e ad accogliermi trovo Antonio che con il suo sorriso ,gentilezza e molta preparazione mi aiuta nella scelta dei prodotti piu’ idonei al make up che intendevo realizzare. Mi ha seguita e consigliata in maniera impeccabile 😍 tornero’ volentieri tutte le volte che ne avro’ bisogno . Kiko con Antonio il mio negozio del ❤️

  Great experience! 😍 This is the best Kiko store I’ve ever been, and if I don’t remember well, for sure is one of the best! Kind staff, super polite and doesn’t put pressure on you, like in other stores. The shop assistant helped me with everything I needed but didn’t feel like I was pressured. He informed me about products and my benefits with loyalty program and everything. I had a very nice experience shopping here today. Thank you! 🌸

  Nous sommes venus deux fois à plusieurs mois d’intervalle et avons eu la chance d’être conseillé à chaque fois par Nicole. Elle est absolument adorable, extrêmement aimable et a été d’une aide précieuse pour nous conseiller et nous aider à retrouver un produit qui n’était plus commercialisé. Rien que pour elle, l’expérience dans ce Kiko en particulier a été excellente. Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre bonne humeur !

  Hoy entré por casualidad en esta tienda que ya conocía en Madrid porque necesitaba una sola cosa y al final me hubiera gustado llevarme casi toda la tienda gracias a la amable y profesional atención de una de las chicas . No se su nombre, solo que tenia el pelo negro con una diadema y hablaba varios idiomas ( incluso coreano) . Es increíble como una atención tan buena puede hacerte querer comprar todo lo que te ofrecen . Felicidades y gracias por esta atención recibida

  Domenica ho fatto la mia beauty sessione da Kiko a Siracusa, ed è stato fantastico! Grazie ad Antonio, chi mi ha spiegato come si usano i prodotti interessati, mi ha presentato i prodotti della nuova collezione. Adesso uno dei miei prodotti preferiti sarà So Chic Trio Blush (03 pink) che uso per occhi e zigomi- buona copertura  ed il colore  è bellissimo, molto naturale!
