I visited the store with a teenagers on a school trip and everyone at the store was helpful and nice to us! Shout out to Bianca (I guess that’s her name). She was extra helpful, making everyone was taken care of, offering shopping bags and explaining about the products. Those details made our experience much better than other places!

As a customer and former employee of KIKO Milano, I can say that I still absolutely love the brand, the team, and especially management at the Lincoln Road store. As an employee I learned life skills that helps me up to this day with my own personal business endeavors. As a customer, the products are competitive with the most elite makeup brands. The quality and presentation is a 10/10. Sarra has been doing the best job from the beginning of time with the store and I look forward to visiting all the time. Every time I visit the team and store looks and feels amazing.
