Absolutely great shopping experience with Jennifer ! She was so sweet and helpful , friendly as well If anyone visit the marrasi galleria branch be sure to ask for jennifer . she was guide me perfectly about shades and everything and obviously Kiko Milano is my all time favorite brand and i feel extremely blessed with loyalty kiko program . I went to city center to shop for a gift for my sister and the employee AMINA offered me some of your best sellers i left the store and come back and bought from her as i felt what she offered was the best for me she was polite and informative I really enjoyed my experience at the shop she give me everything i wanted

I was having difficulty finding the right shade for my skin tone, but she patiently guided me through the different products and explained their uses in great detail. She made sure I felt comfortable with my choice and even suggested shades that would work best for me. I really appreciate her expertise and the time she took to assist me. Ask for Batool • بَتُول and she’ll make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for (no sales tactics, just pure kindness and generosity). She treated me like her own friend with the most respect and professionalism, and she was honest about product options, prices and quality differences. She taught me her own makeup hacks and showed me how to apply each product for the looks I wanted. Products are great quality for the price. Cutest girl shopping experience ever. ✨
