I truly appreciate the excellent customer care at this store. I honestly expected my issue wouldn’t be resolved, as it usually happens in many other places, but they proved me wrong with their professionalism and support. A special thank you to Lupia, who was incredibly understanding and genuinely helpful. She took her time to listen, and made sure my concern was fully taken care of, and made sure I left fully satisfied. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience. I had a wonderful experience at Kiko Milano Cosmetics, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the team. The staff were incredibly accommodating. I stopped by Kiko Milano Galleria Mall the other day and was really impressed. Rania, Omnia and Vera were not only friendly but actually took the time to understand what I was looking for. What I appreciated most is that they didn’t try to push random products on me – they showed me things that really fit my skin and style. I left with a couple of items I’m already loving. Definitely a place I’ll go back to.

Посетили Кико в Галерее ушли с тонной покупок и подарков благодаря менеджеру Рана. Это просто потрясающая красивейшая женщина, сделала шикарный мейк ап. Посоветовала все что действительно нужно, подарила подарки. Человек работает прям с душой, на своем месте, как будто к подруге в гости пришли и получили столько тепла и позитива, что решили ей в ответ из Москвы привезти подарков. Восторг!
