Today, we had a shopping experience at Kiko. I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Damien, an employee there. Despite my daughter's challenging mood, Damien demonstrated remarkable interpersonal skills and product knowledge. His friendly demeanour and expertise effectively diffused the situation and brought a smile to my daughter's face. Overall, Damien exemplified outstanding customer service, which is commendable and worthy of recognition.

Fantastic products at affordable prices, I have shopped in Kiko for several years now, I find their eye shadows and lip colours very good value for money, the colour lasts and there is a broad range to choose from. The ranges are refreshed on a regular basis and do not disappoint . I visited Kiko in my home city of Nottingham recently and it was a pleasant experience with covid measures observed, a relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, you dont get pounced on when you walk in. Asked about a mascara and was recommended to a particular one which aimed to what I was hoping for. Tried it out when I got home and it's perfect for me. Love this shop.

Really reasonable priced, quality products! The store was neat and tidy, everything was in place, was easy to find prices. One employee was very attentive and helpful, got an awesome highlighter out of it! If you haven't heard of this brand give them a shot! They have deals on often so you're saving even more. They have a gorgeous valentine's collection currently 😍

Best make up ever!! I used to use concealer, foundation and powder from other make up brands, I have combination skin, very oily in my t-zone, had to bake my face alot. Came across kiko make up and now for coverage only use the ocean feel powder foundation spf 50, it is the best!!! Gives me full coverage, so happy that I now only use kiko Milano products and drive over an hour from Lincolnshire to Nottingham just to get it. Great value for money, fantastic quality, really helpful and welcoming staff.
