Went to Brighton today just to grab a few new bits, I’m normally in KIKO every two months but my visit today went beyond my usual experience. Had a lovely girl help me with what type of primers to use, she had glasses and lovely curly hair. She was so helpful! The Second Lady called Emmy I believe, sorry if I spelt it wrong! :( she checked me out and advised me that I was able to pick a free item as per my membership, I did this and Happily went along my day, then as I came back through Churchill square, she came running out and grabbed my attention on the escalator saying she forgot to give me the free item in my bag, and felt super bad for it! and was looking out for me and handed me the item. If you do see this, please don’t feel bad for it! We are all human! Words can’t describe how grateful I am. I was quite speechless when she came out to me ☺️ I hope she didn’t get in trouble for coming out to find me! Haha It honestly made my day that she went out her way to do that for me! She was so apologetic but I was so appreciative that she did that! But the fact she did this goes to show there are still lovely people in the world 😊 Well done to Emmy and the team at Brighton. Your all lovely lady’s ❤️ looking forward to my next visit xx

Great makeup, innovative. Ypu can try it there as they have disposables ton use. Fantastic place to buy your makeup! I recommend the wet tondry eye shadow!

Summer in the Brighton Branch was absolutely fantastic with helping me choose some beautiful products for my three daughters. Was all gift wrapped individually and in a lovely presentation box each. Was very impressed with the service and will definitely being using this branch again. I may even book a makeup tutorial with Summer. Thankyou xx

I had the loveliest experience shopping at Kiko Brighton. Rarely have I received such outstanding service. Emily was brilliant at matching the colours I needed and sat me down to try them all on me. She was so lovely, kind and took time to really help me. As a direct result of this, I renewed my entire makeup. Well done!

Stella was an absolute delight, she offered us baskets when she saw our hands were full and was very attentive. Lovely service, super happy with the purchases. Shout out to Stella especially for pointing out the sale!

The lady serving was knowledgeable and helpful and demonstrated products whilst giving advice on how to apply. I left feeling confident that I had purchased the right products for me and knew exactly how to apply them. Really good service, quality products, expected prices- a little higher than high street , but worth it for the service provided.

Came in a couple weeks ago, I have no experience using make up very much and have damaged my lashes due to eyelash extensions my friend took me in there and a girl Noura (I believe) helped me and talked to me about eyelashes and what mascara to use she recommended a 30 day lash treatment serum it’s not been long using it and my eyelashes are incredible!!! Big thank you to the girl that helped me with not just finding a product but other advice for my lashes. Will be coming in more often!!! So impressed with such a warm welcoming bunch of staff <3

I was browsing through the concealers looking for something that may suit my skin tone when the very beautiful Cindy offered to help me. She took me through a selection of products trying them on me but never pushing me into buying them. The quality of the make is brilliant (especially at the price point) but what was exceptional was the level of service. Cindy was kind and patient and showed a real interest in what I liked and didn’t think worked. I am a woman of 50 who went into the store feeling invisible and left feeling beautiful. Thank you Cindy for your time and i will be sure to visit your store again soon.

I love kiko- I was the annoying customer rushing in to buy a few bits and do a last minute browse at 5.59, but the ladies in the store were so polite and helpful and made me feel more welcome and did some great colour matching for me! Thanks for being lovely 💜

I was there to buy my sister a Christmas present and dispite I didnt know anything about makeup they were very helpful to get me a suitable gift for her

On arrival was greated by a member of staff. They had a sanitizer station and a one way system in place so could shop with ease. Great range of make up on offer and all sales assistants were happy to help when needed. All in all a great shopping experiance and the make up is of great quality.

Staff are attentive and pleasant. Lots of makeup to choose from. I bought the new product Green Me mascara and foundation. Have not used them yet. The Kiki under eye concealer is good and most products are good value.

Nice range of reasonably priced make-up products, friendly and helpful staff. The shop is well stocked, tidy and the display is nicely arranged... The shop is well lit and there are nice big mirrors in there so you can see what different colours look like on your skin. The staff are all wearing Kiko makeup (I assume) and the colours are amazing. Good shopping experience.

Love it! Great choices & great prices. I am allergic to many named brands but I have had no problems with their eye makeup. I would give 5 stars but its so popular sometimes I can't get to look at the merchandise as its so popular. Bigger aisles required please!.

Pretty pleased with Kiko cosmetics. If you're after some fairly decent Mac style dupes, or just after some makeup that won't break the bank yet is still good quality, Kiko is the place to go. They do a wide range of products, absolutely loooooads of eyeshadows and nail varnishes. I picked up a fab highlighter and concealer this week. I was extremely pleased to see that they don't test on animals, unlike some companies. Staff are always very helpful - They're tried to upsell stuff to me a little bit but I am confident in saying no. There is also a rewards app you can use when buying the products.
