I bought a lilac eyeshadow stick. It is fabulous. I have had so many compliments on how stunning my eyes look wearing this colour. I have Hazel eyes and the lilac brings out the green parts. It is east to apply, lasts all day. Since buying this I have bought 3 more as a safeguard in case Kiko decide to discontinue it !!! I strongly advise them not to.

I came into the store a few days ago and a sweet girl called Sanah did my makeup which turned out great, ive never had my base so smooth before. I was also on the lookout for some good nude lip colours as i can never find any that go with my skin tone and she recommended me the perfect ones. Thank you so much <3

Big thank you to Fahmida at the Bradford store. I couldn’t remember which exact mascara it was that I like so much and she was incredibly helpful and she found the mascara immediately for me. Fantastic customer service. :)

Amazing Customer Service from Tanzim@Bradford Broadway super friendly, very helpful & welcoming. Helped me find the correct shade of concealer for to cover my dark circles! Need more approachable employees like her!

First time in this shop and the assistant was fantastic...my friend asked for a lipstick that had been a limited edition off she went and came back with some she'd managed to find... unfortunately wrong colour but she didn't need to do that... excellent service so will be back in
