This afternoon I was in the kiko shop at the mainstation in zurich. I was looking for a new primer and was advised by a nice young man. Unfortunately I don't remember his name anymore.... Anyway he responded to my wishes and recommended the cc blur primer from kiko. I'm very satisfied! Thank you so much! I will definitely buy it again!

Die Produkte von Kiko sind super! Top Qualität zu tollen Preisen. Letzte Woche wurde ich auch sehr gut von einem jungen Herren bedient. Er ging auf meine wünsche ein und hat mich beraten. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, da er Motiviert und nicht aufdringlich war. Dank Ihm habe ich den perfekten Lipliner und Lippenstift für die fest tage gefunden. So macht Einkaufen spass, jederzeit gerne wieder!

The shop is laid out beautifully and the staff are friendly and professional. I didn't know so much when I went in, but they still gave me recommendations that met my needs precisely and they were very happy to speak to me in English. They explained the promotions very clearly. I'm pleased with the products themselves, they're well pigmented and it's essential to me that my cosmetics be cruelty-free and vegan and these products meet that criteria. I think the range of pigments for darker skin tones leaves a little to be desired. They have foundation and concealer suitable for dark skin tones, but there's a more expansive range for lighter skin tones. However, I can only comment on it from a white point of view. The shop was easily wheelchair accessible, however I think the music was quite loud. As a person with ADHD, I found it a little distracting, and though it is a small shop, it was loud enough that I couldn't hear the noises of the train station outside, and I could hear it over my own music in my noise-cancelling headphones, so I daresay that there's a risk of sensory overload to some individuals. However, I feel like I went at a busier time (between 17:00-18-00 on a Friday). Overall, it was an easy, hassle-free experience and I came away feeling happy with the money I had spent, as everything is reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. I would recommend.
