Just had an amazing experience at KIKO Milano that I’ll never forget! We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary in Milano and we went in hoping to completely renew my wife’s makeup collection as she is having a medical condition What could’ve been a stressful visit (given the crowd, the long lines, and the lack of staff) turned into something truly special thanks to the awesome Barbara, the wonderful makeup advisor. She made every complicated decision very easy. She patiently explained new products, how to use them, what made each one unique, and helped us compare until we found the perfect set for my wife. Without her, we honestly would’ve left the store long time ago Thanks to Barbara, our visit to KIKO wasn’t just pleasant .. it was unforgettable. Grateful for her effort and professionalism!

Купила помалу с гравировкой. За гравировать можно что угодно и кисточки и туши. Если не хотите стоять в огромных очередях приходите к утру или за часа два до закрытия.

Sono entrata nello store beauty di Milano in corso Vittorio Emanuele per cercare un prodotto e sono stata consigliata non solo nella scelta dell’ ombretto ma accompagnata nella zona trucco e mi è stato eseguito il trucco occhi . Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta perché ho avuto occasione di vedere applicati anche altri prodotti un correttore liquido molto buono che poi ho acquistato insieme all’ ombretto e altri prodotti che acquisterò sicuramente. Grazie a Lorenzo e a Maria che hanno collaborato con professionalità e con gentilezza al mio nuovo fantastico make up provate anche voi e resterete soddisfatte 😃!!!

Ho prenotato una sessione di trucco per un evento speciale. In un punto vendita davvero frequentatissimo (immaginate quante persone sono in giro il sabato pomeriggio, a due passi dal Duomo) sono stata accolta e seguita da Emma, che ha lavorato al mio make up per oltre un'ora, in uno spazio dedicato (molto confortevole e separato dall'area di vendita). Gentile e attenta (mi ha chiesto più volte se avessi delle preferenze e se il lavoro che stava facendo mi piacesse), ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative (il trucco occhi è visibile nella foto). Grazie mille! 💛

My skin freaked out after landing，under eyes and smile lines were peeling like crazy🥲Went to Kiko for foundation, and this sweet sales guy Luigi helped me find the perfect shade. His lashes were so gorgeous I had to try the mascaras he recommended... Left with lip gloss and mascara oops!☺️
